Service

Nemesis is productivity software that helps you stay focused by monitoring opted-in focus sessions and interrupting distractions. It is not medical, therapeutic, employment, compliance, safety-critical, or emergency software.

Subscription

Nemesis has one plan: a 3-day free trial, then $12.99/month. Your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled before renewal. Checkout, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and payment methods are handled by Polar.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the Polar customer portal. For billing problems or refund requests, contact ethan@middlemiddlellc.com.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the backend, interfere with subscription validation, reverse engineer access controls, or use Nemesis in contexts where incorrect distraction classification could cause harm.

Availability

Nemesis may rely on third-party services for classification, speech, subscription validation, downloads, and hosting. Service interruptions can happen.
